Mcdonald's - Bloomington

I had a negative experience with my order at this McDonald's. They got it wrong, and when I asked for the correct order, the staff treated me rudely. There are many other McDonald's locations in town, so I recommend visiting one of those instead. This particular one is not worth your time.

Usually don't have issues with this place. But we are wondering if phone systems are down because we try calling twice and it just clicks and hangs up after 5 rings.

I'm not sure what the issue is with your staff. Every time I go through the drive-thru and request a sandwich without cheese, I end up getting it with cheese. Is it too much to ask for someone to read the order correctly?

The customer service was excellent, and the food was just as enjoyable.

Mcdouble was not hot and had a chopped onion on it. I had asked for no onion. My guess is they scraped off the onion and put it up. There was very little mustard and ketchup on the burger. The fries were fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly.
