I reached out to the restaurant, and although I'm not sure if the man and woman I spoke with were the managers or the owners, they truly deserve every praise I can give. They were very understanding of the situation, and while I'm fairly certain it was a mistake on the delivery service's part, they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was positive. I don't usually write reviews, but the people I spoke with were fantastic and handled everything perfectly. This level of customer service speaks volumes, and I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!
I absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick. You definitely get your money's worth with all-you-can-eat salsa and chips—it's fantastic! Also, keep in mind that Moe's offers better prices and larger portions compared to other Mexican restaurants!
I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is consistently good, made with fresh ingredients and is always delicious! Most of the time, the service is decent. However, there are moments when the staff doesn't seem particularly happy to be there, which creates a bit of an uncomfortable atmosphere, as if they want to rush through their shifts. Despite that, the food makes it worth it. I love that my meal comes with complimentary chips and salsa, especially their pineapple salsa—it's my all-time favorite! I really hope they bring back the $5 burrito deal on Mondays. Regardless, I will keep dining here and highly recommend this place to everyone!
I frikkin love moe. I always think they're pretty expensive until I see the size of my burrito. if they like tacos, but wish that they might have a subway-like experience, this is the place for them. build their own taco/burrito/nacho/etc.
We usually go there on Moe ' s Mondays. The toppings are good and I like the sauces/salsa options they make available to you freely. They currently have a virtual reality pictures on the wall that you can animate from their app. That 's a nice customer engagement tool. I 'm trying to get their rewards system to respond well on my phone. The staff seems to change a lot so the experience changes from time to time, but you will always get a staff member saying Welcome to Moe 's! Whether they are busy or not. The last time I went, I was bummed because they didn 't have grilled onions ready, and they added some onions to my plate that were on the grill that weren 't close to what they usually looked like. I didn 't ask them if they could just wait until they were done, but they also didn 't ask me if I wanted to wait until they were cooked a little more.
