Ozzies Street Tacos - Bloomington

I am only providing a 3 star rating because not all of their food is bad. I get to eat their food at LAX9 Amazon in Fontana. I wouldn't be so upset if they were consistent with their food. They continuously change the way they are cooking things. One week the burger is nice and juicy and has lettuce and tomatoes with fries cooked to perfection. The next week the burger is dry and over cooked, has no lettuce and the fries are soggy and some are raw. I really feel like I wasted money tonight and I don't think I'll be buying food anytime soon from them. It will take me a while to be a customer once again. First time I had their food it was unbelievably GOOD but today it was just bleh.

They never answer the phone they just block it or forward it and they took over an hour to make 3 tacos and ramen noodle which they ended up getting the order completely wrong by just give me tortillas and broth like what is up that. There is no way they took 1 hour to put broth in a cup and heat up 5 tortillas. It's frustrating to not even be able to contact them from the situation and fix it. If I could I would give 0 stars. But take a hint the place only had 3 stars for a reason and if they keep up like this their rating is just going to keep going down.

How do you tun out of meat at 7 pm. SMH they suck. Customer service sucks ands rude. So I when to another place down the street and was treated with family vibes not like I'm privileged to eat there. Sad sad sad

Ordered on postmates. There kids fries arent cooked properly. Came raw and no seasoning.

I've ordered from here in the past when I had postmates and it was always good. When I switched to doordash they went an option. Today I saw them on my options and was all in. I ordered the noodles with birria they provided no onions lemons not even utensils. Which are all options to request and I did. By the time I grabbed all of my own the noodles were mush. The birria combo plate the beans were burnt the rice was hard and again no onions cilantro limes utensils. The carne asada fries probably had a chance but by the time we got to those after all of the disappointment they were just a brick. My dog enjoyed the very expensive meal so he thanks you.
