Sakura 15 - Bloomington

I ordered pho and vegetable lo mein at this restaurant. Both dishes were really delicious.

So.....dinner was good. food was fine. Delainey, out waitress was absolutely disgusting. So rude, out of pocket, and unprofessional. She picked a fight with four 20 year olds over the check she messed up, and threw the checks at us. The staff did nothing and called us crazy. This is absolutely unacceptable, and we will never be returning, and will make sure no one does as well. She should be FIRED!!!!

The service was poor. The waiter was slow and didn't bring us straws, brought each meal one at a time over a 5 minute window, then forgot pens for the checks, etc.

Pros: decent food, huge portions, nice atmosphere,Cons: unenthusiastic and inattentive waiter[context: showed up an hour before close]. Took 10-15 minutes to order despite being ready and the only table our waiter had. Waiter forgot to bring out sushi halfway into the meal. No refills on drinks. We were ready to leave but since it was near close the waiter focused on cleaning the last 20 minutes instead of getting our checks. Another waiter made us feel like we were in the way by sweeping around my feet under the table. Ended up being there after close. Half the employees left before we did…I get you have to get ready to close but if we just got timely service we would’ve been out of there before they started cleaning.Not sure how I feel about going back. Probably depends on the service or waiter that day. Not sure the food is good enough to make that gamble.
