I was honestly quite impressed. While it's a bit pricey and doesn't offer the best value, everything we ordered was truly delicious! My kids and wife really loved the fish and chips and the burger. I enjoyed the buffalo flatbread, which was really good for what it is! In terms of value, you're definitely paying for the location. A big shoutout to the staff for providing great service!

We had a lovely family dinner and ordered several dishes from the menu, all of which everyone enjoyed. My personal favorite was the pulled pork nachos! The prices for wine and cocktails are surprisingly reasonable too. The views of the water are perfect!

After reviewing the slips, we headed to the bar for a few drinks, benefiting from the bartender’s insights about the marina and local boat parties. Later that evening, we continued our visit with dinner and drinks, during which we met some friendly people. The service at the tables appeared to be good, but since I always sit at the bar, I can say that the service there was excellent. I’ve seen negative comments about service in various places, but I believe it’s unfair to judge based on the performance of a single server. That one person may not be with the establishment for long and doesn’t reflect the overall quality of the venue. The servers we interacted with were great, and I ended up purchasing a slip, so I will be returning regularly. The food was delicious, and we chose their signature dish: pulled pork sliders, which were fantastic. The onion rings were enormous and crispy—I wish I had taken a picture. The next morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast buffet, and the rooms were lovely as well, offering a beautiful lake view from our window.

I've been here twice today and everything was delicious. I had the bbq wings with a side of fries. And the pizza for dinner. The only bad thing was that they were super short staffed for lunch and took a while to get the bill and a box.

So I read the reviews about this place...and I went anyway. I'm glad I did! The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was hot and delicious. My wife ordered the nachos, and they were awesome. I had the catfish which was also very good. Add a drink special and a view of Monroe Lake, and you have the makings of a memorable lunch. I think the other reviews don't give this place the credit it deserves. It is, after all, a hotel restaurant/lounge (which in my mind implies a certain level of mediocrity), but it exceeded my expectations. We'd go back. ..by the way, I should add that we ate lunch here during a holiday weekend where there were TONS of people here. YMMV.
