Cold Stone Creamery

Please update your hours. Driven there twice in the past 2 weeks from across town and you’ve been closed at 9pm yet online it says open till 10pm.

Arrived at 11:10, waited for 20 minutes. Online says open at 11 yet by 11:30 the lights were still off and the door was locked. No sign posted of hour change and no notice online. wouldn’t have drove all the way here if we would have know it would be such a waste. very disappointed.

I am currently sitting outside cold stone and it’s 11:22 am and still no one is here to open store. They are supposed to open at 11 and I’ve been here since 11:05. This is not ok I understand a couple minutes past 11am but not almost 30 min later.

Wow, my first time going to Cold Stone Creamery and it was Fantastic! I had a Turtle Sunday with a little bit of brownie in it and it was awesome. If you have never been, I highly Recommend it!

Prompt service and tasty creations. I'd give five stars but they turn off the ability to order in the app 90 minutes before they close which seems kinda silly in this day and age, especially when they offer perks that can only be redeemed in the app.
