Mcdonald's - Blountstown

I have never met more kind, service-minded McDonald 's employees! We have had a long couple days of travel and I stopped in for coffee with my toddler. We were met at the door by a sweet man wishing us Good Morning, and saying he was blessed to be there. A sweet lady named Ms Eileen was cleaning up the drink station and asked how we were, if she could seat and serve us, and offered us so much kindness and many smiles that I thought I 'd stepped into a Disney Alternate Universe. I commented on how kind everyone was there and she says, Well thank you honey, it doesn 't cost anything to be kind! . A sweet girl at the Register took our order and brought our drinks to us personally while Ms Eileen brought my toddler a toy just cause. I mean... on top of that, the facility was so clean and the drinks were great. Attention to detail, customer service, everything was top notch. We left happier than when we stepped in.

The greatest McDonald's we've ever been to. A wonderful elderly woman opened the door for us and she never quit working the whole time we were there. She brought our food. She inquired as to our wellness. She removed our trays and beat us to the door just so she could open it for us with a cheerful wish for our day. In between all that she was cleaning and sweeping. Great job with that hire. Oh and the food was great as usual.

This is the very best McDonald's experience that I have ever had in my life. I have traveled for a living over the past ten years and have never had an experience like this one. Eileen is awesome!! This associate opened the door to greet me, showed me available seating, checked on me several times, threw my trash away, opened the door to wish me a great rest of my day all with the biggest smile and sincerity. Eileen is wonderful

My order was correct but my frys could have been hotter. But for that to be the only McDonald's for miles and miles away their definitely doing something right

This is one of the nicest McDonald's I've visiting in a very long time. It look more like a sit-down restaurant than a fast food McDonald's. The staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean. Places very small and compact inside. look like they could have used a few additional bodies to assist with double-lane drive-thru. Very impressive McDonald's for a small town. Perfect location for the geography.
