Jack's - Blountsville

I wish I couldn't have a star. Every time I get out of there, they'll screw up my order. Literally almost EVERYTIME. The food is not as good as it is used. Fries without seasonal and icy coffee, which like straight milk or water tastes with a touch of coffee in it. I have coffee out there this morning and I'm not going to bring it back or go back.

Nice staff, order was right, wait was short and food was hot. Very happy with this visit and will be back.

It's a Jack. You're a good Jack. Jack could be a little better on the Burger side. And a lot of garbage per meal.

Awful experience. Cashier was dirty and wearing a hoodie and baseball cap. Stated, what do you want and what else . This was when we approached the counter. She shifted weight from foot to foot like she was being bothered. Ordered chicken salad and had three hard slices of chicken and hardly any other toppings. Very disappointed. Appeared to have only a bunch of kids running the place and they were very unprofessional and unfriendly.

This Jack's is okay they have messed up my order several times though but it is close to work and it's convenient so I'll keep going
