Contribuisci feedbackWhen I arrived, only one employee was behind the counter. After some time, a male employee comes from the bathroom and goes back. The lady who works did her best, but the restaurant was crowded. When the man came into the opposite, he was in the register, even though she had several sandwiches waiting there Veggies when she was still working to get the order for the couple before me. I felt really bad for her worked hard and was very excited to keep ON HER OWN. I wish I could have got her name underground, knowing how hard she tried for her and how sorry the other employee is. The sandwiches were very good and their service was excellent, but without help it took a long time to finish.
The business was very clean and in large condition. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The staff were extremely, nice, welcoming/inviting, happy friendly and extremely helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the company's menu items. What was not only a great help to help me choose my or my, but was also a great way for me to save time. The 3 young ladies showed wonderful hospitality. I felt very welcome, important and wanted/stressed. I was much more than just satisfied with my experience. I was so flew away and impressed by the customer service I've been begging and this store for lunch to my employees, family and friends, which I can also beg.
Worse Subway in the Tri-Cities. There has never been a time when I have went that something hasn't went wrong. I either stand in line for 15-20 minutes to get my order or order online (to avoid this) and they don't get the order right or have a sandwich listed they haven't offered for over a month. Poor management and poor customer service.
