El Sarape Mexican - BLUE BELL

Came for a date night and had an amazing time. It feel like we stepped into a whole different world! Shilo was an amazing server!

El Sarape has remained one of our absolute favorite spots! The food is incredible and never disappoints. Not to mention our FAVORITE server, Jimmy. He is truly such a kind gentleman who goes above and beyond to make our entire experience as great as it can be! We cant wait to come back!

Always the best Mexican in the area! We drive 30 min each way every week to see the El Serape team and for dinner. Jimmy is the best! It’s always so good to see him and he knows the menu inside and out, gets to know his customers, and is amazingly on top of every detail. It really makes dinner there extra special.

Our waitress, Alma, at El Serape in Blue Bell, was personable and effective. We appreciated her taking the time to explain the dishes about which we had questions, she allowed me a small taste of the wine I wasn’t sure about ordering, and when one of our party ordered a white sangria that unexpectedly contained mango (allergen), Alma exchanged it for free. She also took the time to divide the tab the way we needed it to be divided.

Everything was good. Margaritas, guacamole and the food. Only thing was the chicken was a bit rubbery. The room we were in was very warm. Almost like the AC was running.
