Cabin Coffee Co - Blue Earth

What a great place!! Really good coffee, plain black to the amazing creations. They are all worth it. Food is fresh, and prepared when you order. The staff is always so happy and friendly. Good way to start your day.

We found this little gem in Blue Earth, MN this morning. We stopped for coffee and a bakery treat on our way out of town after spending the night on our way heading east. Cabin Coffee Co. place has it going on. The atmosphere is great with a cabin feel and plenty of seating. The staff were so pleasant. The coffee delicious and ohhhhh....the bakery items were yummy. They offer a nice menu with breakfast and lunch items. The prices were good too. Check it out!

What a great coffee shop. If you are looking for something other than Starbucks you have arrived. They roast their own beans. It’s a fun, friendly little place. The staff are so sweet. Small town, rural, warm and inviting. The coffee is amazing. Worth the stop.

Southwest wrap was delicious. Mocha was good, too (not too sweet). Drive thru is very convenient.

We stopped here for coffee and lunch while driving through across the country and we were very pleased with this choice! I got the chicken salad which was on a croissant and was delicious. They also have a nice option for a mini sandwich and soup of the day. The coffee was great and the drink options were plentiful. The cabin vibe was very cute and the place was clean. It was easy to get to off the highway to stop and I would highly recommend stopping here if passing by the area!
