Blue Ridge Mountain -b-q

My experience at this restaurant was amazing. We tried the pulled pork and chicken sandwiches, which were delicious. The baked beans, french fries, and onion rings were exceptional as well. Overall, we eat BBQ frequently, and I must say that this is one of the best places we have been to.

The people at the restaurant were very friendly. The food was better than what I can get at home, but the portions were small considering the price.

I was served ribs with green and white mold on them at this restaurant, but they did replace them with fresh ones. Unfortunately, the replacement ribs had freezer burn on them.

Visiting Blue Ridge and stopped in for some BBQ. Size of the barbecue sandwich was extremely small not much meat at all. At the cash register when checking out, I was given all of my change in bills with the exception of seven cents in change. When I returned to the counter to ask why I did not receive the exact amount, the cashier told me “most people leave change for a tip”. I guess she just decided on her own to keep my change. I realize it was only 7 cents. The point is she deceptively stole money that did not belong to her. I was shocked that a business owner, if that’s what she was, would assume I wanted to leave a tip without giving me the choice to do so with my own money. Also, I guess she didn’t like that I asked for not only my money back, but two other friends I was eating with. She made it a point to yell out when we left “you ladies have a nice day”. A dig of course in very poor taste. Would not waste your time or money here.

I read the reviews and didn’t listen. The food is expensive and the portions are TINY. I was very surprised. The food isn’t very good. I was very disappointed.
