Kizuna Japanese - Blue Ridge

We went here for my birthday dinner and loved it! There's not many sushi sake options in the area and this was exactly what we were looking for! High quality fresh tasting sushi paired with miso soup warm saki to set the celebratory vibes. It's a cute and intimate type of restaurant with a classy feel to it. I highly reccomend this place if you're looking for authentic Japanese food. Poor service. I waited for just over 45 minutes for carryout order. They told me they had to cook the sushi rice. Very unprofessional. Hardly apology either. For a 35 dollars for two people I would have expected larger serving size. Also very little flavoring just rice around cucumbers or rice around avocado. Generally poorly done.
