Really just have the Cuban sandwich and a bowl, but both are good. They have a meat substitute that they make in house, which is pretty great, and they also have sweet plantains that you can add to the sandwich or bowl. The Cuban bread is also vegan, and you can order loaves to go.

The vegan Cuban was shockingly good, and I would splash on the vegan meat addition. It's expensive, but I could make two meals from it as it was so big

I went here based on the fantastic reviews I read online. It is not so easy to find vegan options in Blue Ridge and Rum Cake Lady not disappointed! The food is fresh and authentic. I went back to the back for two weekends when that says something.

The vegan sandwich (only vegan food I've seen on the menu) was $13 and just had spinach, plantains and maybe some sauce? It didn't seem like a sandwich, but maybe that's just me. To get vegan meat on it was an additional $3. Your Cuban coffee was delicious. The service was not the kindest. Maybe I just went for her a free day, but that's not a place where I would go again.
