Caribou Coffee - Blue Springs

What kind of coffee place only has one espresso machine.... And it's broken.

Always a plethora of options. The staff have suggestions and their smiles make the process of going inside to get coffee not such a task. They are friendly and kind and helped me try something new!

I came in yesterday and the lady who made my drink was being a little rude and snarky. I’m lactose intolerant and I ordered my drink with alternative milk, but it was made with regular milk, and when I tried to ask her politely to remake it she just ignored me and walked away :

Mandie has been super rude the last few times i’ve came in, to the point where i don’t wanna drink caribou anymore!! please hire people better at customer service and people that can actually make drinks!!! used to be my favorite coffee……

The manager there, Mandie was quite rude. I had complained that my drink was made incorrectly but she did not seem to care. I presume this is because she is the one that made the drink. the PSLs here were bussin at the other location.
