Contribuisci feedbackI am a big fan of Chipotle and have only had a few negative experiences in 22 years, but this particular visit was extremely disappointing. The entryway was dirty and filled with bird droppings, the staff was understaffed, the burritos were poorly made, the cashier was unattentive, there was an ice bucket placed on a chair next to the soda fountain (a health hazard), and the dressing was not well done. I may still eat at Chipotle in the future, but I will not be returning to this location. I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the burrito filled me up.
This Chipotle has improved significantly. Orders are typically ready upon arrival. However, the prices have continued to increase. Paying $14 for a burrito is excessive.
You know I keep giving the Coronado chipotle chance after chance to do right with their delivery service but they are greedy,careless and unprofessional every time. I spent over $20 tonight on one burrito. I paid for extra toppings. First off I got the wrong protein. Then I got a burrito half the size of a normal one even paying for the difference. I called to ask for a refund and was told to go online. Online service did me absolutely no good as well. I know word of mouth can go a long way. I guess here is my complaint. I eat chipotle multiple times a month and sometimes even multiple times a week and this by far is the worst location I’ve ever had experiences with. I hope to get a response back. I will be going up there tomorrow. I am not someone who likes to complain about their food, but this has happened so many times and I figured eventually they would get their stuff together but still nothing.
Chipotle is one of my all time favorites, but since moving to blue springs this is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The first time I went I had ordered online and waited over an hour to get my food. What ever I under stand thing happen , workers call out of work, short staffed, ect. But I just ordered a burrito on door dash and it was the most sorry excuse for a Chipotle burrito I've ever seen. It was unbelievably small, hardly any steak, barely any rice. And tons of lettuce. Seriously judging by your other reviews you guys are doing horrible. I've managed multiple companys......and I can tell you you need new management. I would never in my life allow my employees to serve customers like this. You guys are garbage individuals.
I ordered door dash and my order was completely wrong. I think i might have received someone elses. The meat was 1 tiny piece in the whole bowl. The food did not even cover the bottom of the bowl. I paid 19.00 for door dash and it didnt even fill the bottom. I tried calling and of course no answer.
