El Ranchero Mexican - Blue Springs

I give this place two stars because the Margaritas are good and reasonably priced and it has a good atmosphere. The reason why it didn't get more stars is because I ordered carnitas and I asked for them to be extra crispy, meaning throw it on the skillet and crisp it up on the outside. When I got the food it wasn't even a little bit crispy and it was not appealing to the eye. This is a dish that I order all the time at other restaurants and it's always great. The food was great! The restaurant is very nice and clean. The service was slow and not very responsive. Despite that I will definitely go back again.

Great food, friendly people. No complaints at all, just not that mex res I am gonna call my spot. Still searching.

Rancho Grande was very good today, 10/24/2022. We had the burritos!!! Jackson, our waiter, was very pleasant to have as a waiter. He did a very good job!!!

The food was good and PLENTY of it. Prices good..just service was so- so. But I might have been there during a shift change
