Pizza Hut - Blue Springs

The pizza was extremely dry and overcooked. I requested extra sauce, but there was barely any on it. That will be the last time I waste my money at Pizza Hut.

I ordered two medium-sized pizzas and both were made incorrectly. I ordered a Super Supreme and a BBQ chicken pizza. The BBQ chicken pizza did not have BBQ sauce, instead it had red pizza sauce. When I opened the Super Supreme, I discovered there was no ounce of cheese on it. I called and was only refunded $10 on my card. However, the larger issue is how a pizza place could forget the cheese on a pizza.

The order was accurate, delivered on time, and delicious. The woman at the front counter was friendly, making it a great experience on a busy Saturday night.

Low customer service. the guy behind the counter pretended he was on the phone while I knew he wasn't talking to someone. the chef came to give me my pizza that was burned and cold. nice job!

I think too many boxes may have been stacked on the pizza box while out for delivery. The cardboard was soft from the heat and the box lid had been pushed down on top of the pizza so all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. The time spent in delivery was too long and it affected the quality of the pizza.
