Side Pockets - Blue Springs

I really enjoyed being at this side pockets today. I've never been to this one but I am glad that I went. I'm sure I'll be back for a meal and maybe hang out a bit more. I'm definitely appreciate it as staff and the atmosphere

Amy the manager was difficult to deal with and aggressive in nature. Cami our waitress however, was pleasant and quick with service. Overall if Amy is not working I would recommend this establishment.

Quieter than Lee's Summit on busy night which I prefer.

I have always been a side pocket fan ..with all the food, drinks, pool and even poker! The service of our waitress Aislinn was the worst that I’ve had in a very long time … I finally went and cleared our table got our own drinks. When we had said something to her about needing a drink she thought it was rude that we had to bother her from sitting talking with her friend .. so the hold on finger she put up to us before she finished her conversation was so unprofessional in a job she is supposed to be doing! Yes someone said to her that it was rude of her and she got offensive and literally said she would have us removed.. well all 20 of us removed ourselves an will not be a place of interest again!

There for a birthday party. Server was great. Handled out party well.
