Waffle House - Blue Springs

We always visit this restaurant after our baby appointments, and the service is consistently outstanding—10/10 every time. Today, we decided to try another place, but we didn't enjoy it, so we ended up coming back here.

I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars primarily for the cook, who did an excellent job following instructions and prepared my eggs perfectly. However, the service from the waitress, Mandy, was disappointing. She was quite argumentative with me.

I live on the West Coast, so Waffle House isn't a part of my everyday life. However, when I travel back East for business, I'm always grateful for an extra day to explore. This extra time...
