Burger Theory - Blue Summit

We eat here everytime we stay here!The burgers are great, but the onion rings are the best I ever had!Only slight negative... It's always cold in there it seems.

We stayed at a nearby hotel that didn’t have a restaurant, so that’s why we came here. We saw advertised on the menu that the kids meals were free (2 children per adult) if you stayed at the holiday Inn. That was a good deal! We had to pay since we were guests of Fairview Inn, but the kid meals were only $6.00 and included an entree, side, drink and ice cream. I had one of their burgers with a lettuce wrap. It was very good! The onion rings were overcooked, but still acceptable. My meal was $13. The waitress was not overly friendly but the service was quick and she was kind. I would go back here to eat. Kid-friendliness: Free kid meals if you stay at that hotel. Their meals came with ice cream, which the kids obviously loved.

This place was convenient to where we were staying so we tried it in spite of the bad reviews, and I 'm glad we did. The burger was really good, and the fries were delicious! Our server was attentive to our needs without being intrusive to conversations. We are burger snobs , and I 'd go back again for sure.

Seems like they will open up more locations in time as this place is very good. Not what you would expect from being located in a Holiday Inn….far superior than expected!
