Famous Dave's -b-que (to Go Only)

All of the meat was soo overcooked and dry, we could barely eat it. It was embarrassing. Crazy to see many people with this same issue. You guys need a whole new kitchen or just close down and replace with a Jack Stacks.

Very nice place to eat. The food was delicious. The local beers were also very tasty. I had the Millionaires BLT and I can not remember the name of the beer I had. The restrooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Food came out very quickly. Parking lot was very spacious.Parking: Parking lot was spacious and spots plentiful.Kid-friendliness: Looks like a kid friendly place

Everyone knows Kansas City is the place for good bar-b-que. My family and I was craving Bar-B-Que. So I decided to take them to Famous Dave's and I am Happy I did! Listen the Best Cornbread I have ever had, is at Famous Dave's ! We order the Salmon Dip, which came with the Seasoned Pita bread for appetizer.......Oh My it was delightful! I had the BBQ Chicken and the Catfish Fingers (Pick 2). The best Catfish I have had this side of Heaven! Thank you Famous Dave's for a wonderful meal and if you are in Kansas City, Kansas, do not leave until you dine at Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que!

Recently stopped in for some BBQ after getting redirected to KC on my way to Omaha. I sat at the bar and watched the ball game. Service was fast and friendly. I tried the 3-meat lunch combo, with beef brisket, sausage, and ribs. Food was hot and tasty, but not the BEST BBQ I've ever had. Very good, though. Sides (beans and corn bread) were also very good. Total cost (with a soft drink) with tax, before tip, was just $21. Excellent value.

Our server was the best, and the food was amazing. Can't miss out on their amazing pies! Would go again!
