Happy Gillis - Blue Summit

We’re just passing through, but this little spot is so cute, they don’t offer lattes or cappuccinos but coffee station is accommodating they have half and half, oat milk, honey, raw sugar, stevia. I had their smoked salmon toast with poached egg I asked to add tomatoes they used pickled tomatoes surprisingly it was very delicious. Atmosphere is very casual, laidback.

Went in today to try anything on the menu because the food is ALWAYS AMAZING. Had the Chicken Ceasar wrap, it was delicious, and the pickled squash was a surprising addition that I would eat a jar of. The customer service was awesome, thanks, Ary.

I love the food. I was a frequent customer as of late actually going every day this last week that they were open even buying a sticker! Yesterday they lost me with such poor customer service. Every day when ordering a side of toast I got 2 pieces, but Yesterday only got one. When I talked to the girl she didn't care and it was the only day I saw her there. I also tried to speak to the guy with the diva pin but ... he wouldn't give me the time. It's very sad because I loved much about the place but the service. So long happy Gillis, you made me sad

This popular local breakfast gem is cute, quaint, and covered with beautiful plants. There are a few tables to sit at inside of the cafe to enjoy your meal. A lot of people will order their food to go and will take it to the nearby park to have a picnic when it is warm or they will take their meal back home to enjoy! If you order in person, there is a refillable coffee stand when you can keep your coffee cup warm and full. My favorite item to order is the class biscuits gravy with a side of bacon. Unbelievable!
