Jimmy John's - Blue Summit

I ordered a sandwich for delivery while having a garage sale (meaning I couldn’t leave). I waited an hour and then called to get an update and they said maybe 20 more minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and it hadn’t even left the restaurant. At this point it should have been free. I cancelled the order. I could have had multiple other restaurants deliver in this time frame and I’m STILL HUNGRY. The guy on the phone was apologetic enough but for a company that is “freaky fast”, this was astronomically slow.

We only ever order from this location. About 75 percent of the time this location is understaffed, (I can't figure out why) however, they ALWAYS make amazing sandwiches and apologize for the wait to get our delivery delivered. The delays are expected...I still order...it’s always delicious...the person delivering is always super stressed. I just want the folks to know some of us UNDERSTAND and are still just grateful for a meal to be delivered. THANK YOU, JJ!!!!

Consistently, attention to detail is not a priority.

Delicious sammiches, friendly fast service, and great free smells. Go to Jimmy John's. We did.

Was in drive through and the drive through worker was rude. Had no happiness in their voice and was making it seem like there was an issue that i was ordering food here. Will never return to this location
