Pigwich - Blue Summit

Cute place, great sandwiches, and very reasonably price.

Saw on Triple D. Traveling through KC, I finally got a chance to try this place.Guy Fiery is not wrong. The sandwiches here are phenomenal! The sweet potato fries had something none other has, they were CRISPY!!!Love going to D,D&D restaurants.??

A bit overhyped. It was definitely good, but short of 5 stars. I had the big pig and felt that the chicken was barely done. They don't have the one they showed on TV with Andy Reed and Guy Fieri.

A modicum of customer service goes a long way, something lost on these folks. Apparently they really want you to order at the kiosk. Even though I saw a customer order from a live person, when I tried to do so, they ignored me. So, I dutifully went to the kiosk. But the kiosk only takes credit cards that use 'tap to pay ' if you want/need to swipe, too bad. Seemed clear to me they don 't really want my business so I left.

First time eating there today all I can say is amazing. The pulled pork sandwich the burgers four top notch. It's counter-service and the guys behind the counter were just as friendly as could be answered any question we had about the food extremely knowledgeable helpful atmosphere is just casual just go ahead and sit at the bench enjoy your meal have a cold beer or a pop or whatever next time you're down in River market it's a must stop in. They also have a butcher shop as as well and everything in there just look looks so delicious
