Sol Cantina - Blue Summit

Staff were great. The menu was exciting but the food was a let down. The flavor was flat, but everything was cooked well. Just not for me.

Service was good. Food was ok. Not as good as I remembered from a few years ago. Don’t get the that area regularly. Love the atmosphere!

Whats the fuss about? Ordered Street taco plate, steak. Tortillas cold quickly. Had to ask for tableware, pico de gallo. Green salsa pretty good. Black beans had a little crunch to them. I'd have preferred refried. Only 3 other patrons and had to call waitress back again and again. So so rating.

I want to like this place so bad! The food use to be so good a few years ago and would also do a free large queso with a pick up order. This last year take out has been so bad. Gave it another shot last week and my rice was crunchy little pebbles and my chips were not included.

The happy hour is the best! They have infused tequila that is so good with some queso, highly recommend.
