On 5-3-23 I placed an online order I got there to pick up my order one lady came out and said it would be a 20 min wait I was starting to get mad bc she had told me didn't you see all those people in front of you they all ordered 16 piece chicken so very frustrated I said I would wait so while I was in my car waiting the general manager I can't remember her name came out personally and apologized and kind of explained why I was having to wait and also gave me a $10 gift card. This GM was very professional and took the time out of her busy day to let me know that she cared about her customers....So I wanted to give a shout out to this young lady (GM) THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND!!
