Mcdonald's - Bluefield

9-10-2023 came through drive through at 3:35pm. Ordered 2 DOUBLE cheeseburgers a DOUBLE quarter pounder with cheese. Paid for food and was asked to pull forward to wait on food to be cooked. Waited 10-15mins on food to find out at this Mcdonalds DOUBLE must not mean two patties. Went back through drive through and explained issue was told the order would be re-made. Pull up to second window and told to pull forward hile food would be made again only to recieve patties to add to my burgers. So soon I bet they go to full self service, take your own order , make your own food, maybe even check yourself out. Complete joke of a Mcdonalds. Good thong Wendys is next door.

I visited this restaurant about a week ago and ordered some food. My wait time was 8-10 minutes, but I noticed that some employees who appeared to work at the front were just standing around. The manager also made a threatening remark towards a staff member, which was concerning. I felt sorry for the employee and if it were my daughter, I would have been very upset with the manager. You shouldn't speak to or treat employees poorly and then expect them to do as you ask. I wonder if this is how McDonald's treats their employees in this area.

If you have a posted closing time, please stay open until that time. If you must close the drive-thru with people waiting in line, please communicate with them instead of ignoring them. After a 5-minute conversation with the truck in front of us, it appeared that some people were left waiting because they had to work.

It's a McDonald's the food always looks depressing. But it's a hot meal when you need it.

Before I forget almost a week ago or so I came in , brought food my wait time was 8-10 min , some employees who looked as if they worked up front were just standing around , but the deal breaker for me was the manager that threatened a staff member not sure what caused the threat to be made . I felt bad for the employee if that was my daughter I’d be cursing the harambe manager out instantly . You don’t talk/treat employees how you want and expect them to do as you ask. Is this how McDonald’s in this area treat their employees?
