Taco Bell - Bluefield

The people I've seen have usually been nice, but here lately I've been getting home and I haven't had my full order or it's all messed up. I just wanted my tacos ?

Today was a great day at the restaurant. It's important to remember that each establishment operates independently, and if the service is poor, the overall experience will suffer. Fortunately, everything was great during my visit. The food was delicious, and I will definitely be returning to Taco Bell.

I ordered 4 cheesy roll ups but only received 3. The ones I did receive were just cold tortillas with shredded cheese thrown on top. It's disappointing that they couldn't even melt the cheese properly. I think they need to put in more effort and stop being lazy. I do not recommend.

The food and service were great at this restaurant. I noticed employees cleaning and changing the trash while I was there, which was a positive sign of their cleanliness. However, the drink machine needs to be fixed as there was too much fizz and not enough soda, and it also leaked.

Radical experience! The customer service was amazing!
