The Pacific Pizza Co. - Bluefield

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but I have had some issues with missing toppings on my orders. I have ordered twice through the website and both times I did not receive the toppings I requested, such as dried tomatoes and basil on my pizza. There was also confusion with salad toppings being mixed in with the pizza toppings. My calzone had banana peppers instead of bell peppers and I did not see any pineapple in it, although it tasted good. The calzone was a bit doughy and could have been cooked longer. However, the red sauce for the pizza is tasty and the dough used for the crust is also good. I may not return to this restaurant if the issue with missing toppings continues. I hope that the restaurant can address this issue and consider removing certain toppings from the menu if they are unable to provide them on the dishes. I am willing to update my review if the restaurant reaches out to me regarding this matter.

The pizzas at this restaurant are excellent and reasonably priced. The wings are also delicious, so I suggest trying them. The staff inside is always friendly and helpful.

The pizza had an exceptional sauce, the salad was customized to our preferences, and the garlic knots were absolutely delicious. The pizza was made just the way we wanted it.

I am disappointed to give this restaurant one star, even though I still enjoy the food. The condition of the restaurant is a complete disaster. It is clear that the owners do not care about the business at all. During my recent visit, I inquired about the fountain drink machine, which still was not fixed. The dining area was cluttered with old shelving units from another business they owned. The menu was falling off the wall, with the new menu displayed in an inconvenient location behind the counter. The toppings on my pizza were sparse, and the worker seemed to be in a bad mood and unfriendly. Prices had also increased compared to my previous visits. This lack of care and attention to detail reminds me of another poorly managed restaurant owned by the same people in the past. Hopefully they will improve the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant in the future, but as it stands now, this is not how a business should be run.

The owners of Snappy Tomato in Bluefield have made a small change to the sauce, and it's a good one. The pizza is not greasy and overall, it's a great experience.
