Took my order inside, got it wrong, also got it to go and they walked it all over the dining area asking who had this sandwich. I finally got ahold of the manager and showed my receipt and she said oh, this is yours but itnis wrong. Never stopping here again. Ridiculous wait times waited over 15 minutes for biscuits and gravy then was told they were out of the gravy ordered another biscuit sausage and a loaded biscuit places terrible do not waste your time here go to a better Hardee's somewhere else the man cooking the food seem to have an attitude with the cashier lady no orders coming out Meal type: Breakfast

Ver slow and employees need to get it together. The place use to be a good place to go

There is always an excuse here. Being in Bluffton is a pretty good one. But there is problem every time. They are always trying to con their own customer assurance systems.
