Hardee’s - Bluffton

Would get ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! Food was not even EDIBLE...tenders were burnt and rock hard....burger bun was stale and hard in a spot...and onions were slimy! I have NEVER had worse at a fast food restaurant ? Then when I call to get a refund nobody answers the damn phone! Hardees either get it together or just close shop!

Tried to charge me for food I didn't get. Not knowing if they had the product. But still they were going to charge

I get it, it’s a fast food place so you can’t expect the best quality in the world. I ordered two bacon, egg and cheese muffins this morning. I would say the egg tasted like it had just been heated up at one point and not even cooked that day for breakfast. However, the really disappointing thing was when the sandwich was Lukewarm/room temperature. I would hope that any facility would at least be able to bring out an appropriately heated dish, but this was definitely not the case. Between the poor quality/low temperature of the sandwich I was not able to finish eating everything as you can imagine.

Kali is one of the better gms that I've had the pleasure of being served by. Will be back again.

I use the drive thru here, usually pretty quick. Friendly team members. Great place to grab lunch.
