Amazing! Spectacular! Best sandwich idea ever had! It was amazing.... The facilities were clean. The services were excellent. The Oreo-Shake was also the best ive ever had! I and my husband randomly chose this place. We were on the move and never heard of it. So thank you for stopping here. A little dry!!!
Wonderful people .. Food was excellent place was immaculate everything tastes so fresh
I love this Which Wich. I drive over an hour and a half just to eat here. The sales team is nice and accommodating. And the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.
I have restrained myself from adding a (bad) review for this establishment, in an attempt at patience and understanding. The sandwich quality varies greatly. It’s pretty good about 70% of the time, good about 20%, and bad 10% of the time, but definitely that is very inconsistent. My biggest issue with this place is they do not keep posted hours, or any semblance of regular business hours. If it was some independent Mom Pop, it would be irritating, but a bit more tolerable. This is a national franchise, with a cooperate website, and Google map connectivity. I’ll go back to over the course of 5 weeks, which occurred June-July 2021. I went to the location during that period, on a weekday. The website and Applemaps indicated it was open, and closed at that time, 5pm, I believe. Got there at 2:30pm, closed! Came all the way across Bluffton on a Sunday, about 3:30p. Supposed to be open, closed! On another occasion during those 5 weeks, the franchise website was updated, and indicated the place was closed, and this was somewhere around 3pm. Happen to drive past going to the grocery store, and it was totally open! Another time, there was a dry erase sign standing in the parking lot, with the “current closing time” written in, which was 4:30pm. Great, it was about 4pm. Closed!!!! This next event was the kicker and final straw. I ordered a couple of subs on the website, paid for them on the website. This was at about 1:30pm on a Saturday. I forgot what time the online hours were posted, but it was definitely supposed to be open until at least 4p. Got to the restaurant at about 1:45pm, opened the unlocked door to be greated immediately by a rude woman who came from the kitchen area, asking “May I help you? What do you want?” I said, “Oh, just here to pick up an online order I just placed.” She said, “We are closed!” and tried hasten me out the door. I asked what am I supposed to do about the order I just paid for? She took my name and said comeback tomorrow for the order, and locked the door behind me. I did comeback a couple of days later and the sandwich was terrible. Namely, extremely stale bread. So being patient, I didn’t write a bad review, or write the place off even. The times I was actually able to grab a sandwich were mostly enjoyable. And I went there a lot for a quick bite. Last year. I mean everyone was trying to recover from the COVID stuff. So, fast forward one year to July 15, 2022. In the interim, I found that my local Publix makes a better sub more consistently than this particular Which Wich, and for half the cost. But to do something different, I wanted to revisit. Saw the hours on the franchise website, Applemaps, and Google all indicated the hours were 11am-8pm on this particular day. Got there at 5:35pm. CLOSED!!!!! Bottom line; IMO, they offer some unique choices, but not unique enough, or good enough in consistent quality at this location, honestly, to put up with the hassle of the poorly inconsistent hours. I’d go to the nearest Publix, or Jersey Mike’s if you want a reliable place for a meal. Edit: So I happened to be in Pooler, GA a couple weeks ago and stopped by the Which Wich there. Open, clean friendly. Subs where absolutely delicous! Still expensive, but so goo I actually made a trip back a week later to get more delicous subs! The Blufton location really is lacking in all areas, and the company should distance itself from it's poor quality, and customer service. It really mars the brand,
