I absolutely love the customer service! I ordered the California Burger with zucchini and a water, and I still had money left over. Then I went to McDonald's for a $1 soda—now that's smart shopping! I always make sure to use the Carl's Jr. coupons; they're definitely worth it. Thank you to the wonderful team, especially Ms. Tami!

The buns were flattened, and there was an excessive amount of ketchup and mayo that we had to wipe off.

Everything was excellent! The meal was served hot and fresh.

I experienced terrible service at this restaurant. I received the wrong sandwich, and the food was far from fresh. They even asked me to pull forward so their timer wouldn’t run out. The chicken on my sandwich looked like a burned hamburger patty. When I requested a fresh one, I noticed the worker continuously pulling the chicken from the fryer. There’s a timer for a reason; it needs to be left alone to cook properly. The fries were decent but cold, and the fried zucchini was undercooked as well. If you’re looking for help, I’d be more than happy to teach you about food safety.

So I'm a really big fan of Carl's Jr burgers because they have that amazing smoky grilled flavor. You can also order their sandwiches low carb style meaning in a lettuce wrap instead of a bun for those who are counting carbs. This place also has aplay area for the kids and when we're driving between Arizona and California we always stop here so the kids can stretch, playand have a great meal!
