Del Taco - Blythe

WORST. MEAL. I. EVER. ATE! Awful. Guacamole was grey. Produce was brown and obviously cut days before. Bathroom was dirty. Service was slow. Eat ANYWHERE else. I never ate at a Del Taco before, and because of this I will never eat at Del Taco again. This company deserves to go bankrupt!

This is by far the worst Del Taco location I have ever visited. I drive through Blythe once a month along the I-10 and usually stop for food along the way. I love Del Taco and eat at one at least once or twice a month, but this one in Blythe is off the list forever. I will be sure to warn any friends and family about the service, cleanliness (or lack of , and quality of food from this location. I 've given it three (3 chances, but now I 'm done. To start with, the staff has absolutely no personality. I mean NO PERSONAILITY. I always greet people with a smile and a Hi or Hello , but I get nothing from the staff at this location other than a welcome to del taco, how may i help you ? in the most monotone or sometimes hurried voice. No eye contact, no expression, and often I 'm interrupted before I can finish my order. The staff is mostly female and nobody looks happy to be there. It 's like the local prison made a work release deal with Del Taco. I once came through the drive though and saw an infant stroller with a baby in it in the kitchen. Not sure that would be acceptable in any case for any restaurant or fast food joint. Cleanliness of the restaurant is subpar to say the least. Tables are filthy and the ones that are clear of food, look like they were wiped down with a dirty rag. There are no condiments (hot sauces, napkins, etc. on any table on near the counter. When I asked for napkins for my family (4 , I was handed two (2 backup napkins (probably purchased at the gas station from a stack behind the counter. When I asked for more, I was given a look of annoyance and handed a whopping two (2 more. The bathrooms........well, let 's just say you should reconsider using them all together. There 's not enough bleach and drain cleaner to fix either one of them. I 'd rather piss out by the dumpster or walk across the street to Starbucks and use there 's. The food is AWFUL!!! Did I emphasize that enough? My kid 's tacos had a 0.025 ounce of meat in the shells and was stuffed with lettuce and sprinkled with a few shreds of cheese. The burritos were blowing out both ends (which made me fear for my end later on that evening and the crispy fish taco was soft and soggy. There are several better options for Mexican food on Lovekin Blvd., so do yourself a favor and avoid this dump.

Horrible customer service! Gal at drive thru window was on her phone and seemed annoyed to have to open window to say it will be a minute. Meanwhile, she and the other three gals chat together at Other end of the counter while I food sat by the window. We waited at least 5 minutes for them to hand us what was sitting there the whole time! Not even 1 star but can't post without one

Stopped here while on a road trip. It didn't taste good and there was a string in my burrito and I can't even go back to get a refund. Whoever is in the kitchen clearly isn't worried about quality control. Money wasted and it will be hours before I find more food. So disgusting!

Went to door at 8:00 pm door was locked and the big woman that was mopping the floor right next to the door looks at me and turns away so I waited patiently and then after a couple minutes tapped on the window and was totally ignored until I pounded then she said I could go to the drive through. While in the drive through I seen customers walking in! Had the big woman of told us that it would be a few minutes we would have waited as we are traveling and needed to stretch! Also the little twink at the window wasn't going to give us a refill as we waited for the food. Crappy service and now I understand why people say Blythe is the arm pit of the world! Hopefully one day they train their employees what customer service means! Pathetic!
