Mcdonald's - Blythewood

Last Sunday On 22. July my husband, me and three of our grandchildren traveled home from our trip to Disney World. We had already eaten McDonalds this day, but we were hungry and tired and that was the first place we were drawn in. This did not break the hearts of children to say unnecessarily. While we waited for our order, one of the managers did something very sweet for my grandchildren. I don't want to say what it was, but she knows. She went beyond and beyond to put a smile on her faces, so much so that one of my grandchildren went so excited without his drink. When we came home and the people began to ask them about their vacation, that McDonalds station was rated right up there with Disney. Thank you for being good for my babies. You're good people in my book.

Cash register was polite, well maintained and smiling. I was out in 5 minutes after my order.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and speed of the service. The sausage and cheese biscuit was also delicious. Very humid. The chicken-biscuit ratio was a big off, but the taste was still quite good. Total A!

I had a great experience here this morning for breakfast. The food was hot and fresh. I received excellent customer service from Dosiah At the front counter (sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly). This is big for me because this was my first time at this location and I was impressed. The restaurant was clean as well. Another employee (gentleman) was passing through the lobby and greeted me. He also took the time to pick up some trash that was on the floor so that the place continued to have a good first impression. The drive thru was moving pretty swiftly as well. Lastly, the had water for my fur baby in the rear parking area! Throughout Covid-19 service and quality has dwindled severely so to encounter this today made my heart leap.
