My grandmother had to call the police because the manager that was working the drive thru tried to steal her credit card. She went to the atore next door after ordering and realized she had never gotten her card back. When she went back a minute or two later ,He claimed he walked outside and threw it in the dumpster (as their policy says ?!?!?!? and even made my grandmother go out there AND DIG IN THE GARBAGE!!! When she saw nothing but slop, she called the police. When the police came, he found it in in the trash can beside his station.

Do not ever spend money here. Company doesn't care about employees, even with proof that the nighttime manager Will, has threatened the staff. District manager doesn't care nor does HR. Stay away!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I work near this wendys and almost every sunday morning i order fries to go no problem... today 09/10/23, i went inside to order and was told that they weren't serving fries because it was breakfast time... crazy...its a fried item, drop it in fryer and move on... but they couldn't for some reason today, because it was breakfast time... so i just weny next door to kfc and gave them my money Service: 1

Poorly managed. Not customer friendly. Slow service. Unprofessional staff. Subpar food and a waste of time waiting only to receive the wrong order. Manager will defend rather than train for improvement. Staff shouldn't be playing around goofing off when they aren't providing satisfactory services. Not a good look Wendy's.
