Boardman Jumpstart Java

Our first visit to Jumpstart Java in Boardman was definitely a positive experience. The drink was excellent and made to our exact specifications. The staff were both professional and friendly, which always enhances the overall experience. Although their location is a bit hard to spot from the road, it's definitely worth the effort to find them when you're in the mood for coffee or a specialty drink.

I was really disappointed during my visit. I traveled from Dallas and usually enjoy my drinks here, but this time the staff in the afternoon didn't prepare them well at all—it tasted like pure water! I even called to let them know, and they suggested that next time I should ask for extra sweetness. The last time I visited, I did ask for that and it was perfect. I don't understand why it tasted so diluted this time. They really need to address this issue. I'm disappointed and won't be returning.

Charming little coffee shop with friendly staff. My husband enjoyed his coffee, but mine wasn't great. It had a stale taste that was quite unpleasant. I can't tell if it's because of the white coffee or perhaps the milk they used, but I wasn't able to finish it.

It's a nice drive up coffee shop that can get busy during morning rush and lunch hours. Super nice staff and good drinks!

Only 1 barista but she has a positive attitude.
