Contribuisci feedbackWaited 34 minutes for my order. Other people whi can in after me were served 1st. I noticed the crew was not going on order . The cook looked like he was stoned and was constantly confused. Several people walked out as they were truck drivers on a set clock so the couldn't wait around. The other customers were getting angry too.. I asked the supervisor how he planned to make this up , he said there was nothing he could do. AVOID THIS LOCATION !!
I received my order incorrectly, as it came with cheese and mayo. However, a tall, slender manager—I'm guessing his name was Steve—took care of the issue. He not only corrected my order but also replaced my fries and onion rings without hesitation. That's what I call good customer service! He was friendly throughout the process, which helped lift my spirits, especially since I was feeling frustrated about having to return. Overall, he made the experience much better.
They advertise being open 24 hours, but in reality, they stop serving food from 9 PM until what they describe as "10 PM to close." During that time, they continue to prepare food but just leave it sitting out. I noticed several cold toasted buns and fried food sitting in baskets. If you're getting service between 10 PM and closing, you're likely being served food that's hours old and cold. As a businessman and efficiency consultant, I can say this is neither efficient nor good for business. I saw five staff members simply walking around, informing customers that no food would be served until 10 PM. I even backtracked for 15 minutes to come to this place because it was supposed to be open. If you're looking for good service or fresh food, I wouldn’t recommend stopping here. Where is Carl Sr.? It seems Jr. has really dropped the ball. We had an order for a baseball team, and it looks like you missed that paycheck, Jr.
The burger was extremely dry, and the California burger didn’t have any California sauce on it. There weren’t any extra onions or tomatoes either. It felt like it had been made an hour ago. On the plus side, there was a good amount of lettuce. The guy at the register was hilarious and definitely deserves full marks! I recommend eating in rather than taking out so they can make any necessary adjustments. I would have driven back, but I had someone with me.
I normally really like Carl’s Jr.. But I didn’t even get a chance to order. I was waiting in line for a few minutes. But when it came time for me to go up to the cashier. That’s when the cashier decided to start serving orders instead of cashing. When there was already people doing that. So I stayed in front of the cashier for quite a few minutes. After a while, I finally decided to leave. This place needs a lot of work.
