I recommend ordering online only if you have to. We received a child's meal that was missing the drink. As for the three pieces of dark chicken, they substituted a wing for thighs, which was disappointing. Overall, it wasn't worth the money!

We had seen advertisements for Popeyes, and since my husband hadn't been there in years, we decided to give it a try. He ordered a three-piece chicken meal and received a breast along with either a leg or a chicken tender. The fries were old and cold, and the jalapeño poppers were just plain jalapeños. We requested honey mustard but were given Mardi Gras sauce instead.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. They were out of almost everything! I wanted Dr. Pfeffer, but they didn’t have it, so I asked for Bergtau, and they were out of that too. When I requested a reception, I found out the printer was downstairs. I was asked to wait for my food, and after sitting there for ten minutes, they told me they were out of spicy chicken. I requested a refund, but they said they would come back for it the next day! After another ten minutes of waiting, I finally decided to leave. And to top it off, it cost me $19.64 for just myself (a combination meal) and my 2-year-old daughter (a child's meal).

For beginners I use the mobile app it comes in handy because, after I have ordered, I live about 15 to 20 minutes from there drove all the way there they say, oh it takes 30 minutes before we get orders from the mobile app and then I went wait an hour after I was there for my food, not only had I to go in the hot sun because the dining room was blocked after I finally gave my food to find out all the way to me

Stopped in Boaz for a late meal after watching a basketball game in Albertville. The Manager (Michael) was awesome ??. Our food was fresh and he was courteous also. It was at 9pm I know they were close to closing but we never felt like it Please let him know how thankful we are for his awesome customer service!
