Sonic Drive-in - Boaz

They been experiencing no help in the food is becoming greasy even the buns your burger comes on.

If you only have one employee working then close for the day instead of have people wait an hour to get the complete wrong thing

Teenagers in the parking lot in 4 different vehicles were driving around Sonic behind all of us parked and ordering. They were evidently drunk and loud and were blocking us in our parking spots. They kept driving around and getting out of their vehicles and running half naked chasing one another. There was about 4 in each vehicle and were out of control frightening my kids and we were blocked and couldn’t get out of the situation. I told the employee when she brought our food out that they were disrupting and upsetting us and everyone else. She just shrugged her shoulders and I finally was able to back out and just leave.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!! They left out a burger, tots, and fries. Fortunately, we checked before leaving. Otherwise, the service was friendly, food was fast and delicious!!

The staff here was just kinda...there i understand working fast food can get a bit old but remember friendly staff keeps customers happy. The food i got here was not very good it was a chili cheese wrap. I paid almost doubled what i thought the sigh said and it was just bland. Just a.lil improvement gow a long way ...
