Chick-fil-a - Boca Raton

The restaurant is fantastic—it's clean, the service is excellent, and especially commendable is the employee Joey.

It's your typical Chick-fil-A experience—nothing out of the ordinary. The food is served hot and delicious. If you're a fan of chicken, this is the place for you.

I was informed that there would be free refills, so I didn't mind that my cup was mostly ice. However, when I returned for my refill, several employees ignored me. It seems that campus locations may prioritize other aspects over customer service.

The food is pretty good, and the atmosphere isn?t too bad. My only complaint is that sometimes the lines can get extremely long and it doesn?t seem like they have enough workers to keep the line moving.
