I placed my order on the app because its just easier heading to work and knowing its packed there in the morning its always great to grab and go. I ordered a sweet tea a sandwich and a bagel I getthere my food is ready but I don't see my drink. I see a sweet tea there but its has lemon inside so I know its not mine I askone of the lady's making the food if she can grab me a sweet tea because its missing in my order she ignores me. I go to thenext lady she also ignores me and continues to do her work I am a African American women in the area of Boca Raton Florida soyou know its already such a different community, not very diverse. So they automatically treat you different but that's not thepoint anyway, being I get someone to hear me out after now 10 min they tell me that the tea I ordered it and that its mine, Isay no that's not mine because I didn't order it like that showing him my online order they insist to argue with me aboutthe Dern tea I spent literally 15 min arguing with what looked like a Indian male and female either manager or owner of theestablishment about my ORDER that I paid for!. Very unprofessional and very sad to see a business just not care about thecustomers anymore do not recommend it if your late or want your order right just go to a different Dunkin donuts its NOT WORTHit very rude !!!! very insensitive!
THE WORST! I work on Congress Yamato and this is the closest Dunkin to my job. I have ordered from this location 3 or 4 times via the Dunkin app so that I could just come in and pick up my order. EVERY TIME MY STUFF ISNT READY! Either it isn 't ready whenI 'm told to come pick up the order, or somebody else has taken my food and gotten a free meal and then it has to be made again.And each time that I walk in here to get my food, there is nobody inside waiting for anything and there are like 8 employeesstanding around doing anything. With so many employees, there is NO EXCUSES for to-go orders to not be ready. And don 't get mestarted on the manager, she needs to go back to school and learn some people skills. Not even am I 'm sorry or hers a freecoffee . NONE OF IT, just stands there and stares at you, like that 's going to make anything better.
2 employees behind the counter 3 people sitting out front who already had their coffee in their hands. I ordered a machiata and waited over 10 minutes. When I asked about it, Brandon (one of the employees) said to me: don't you see the board, there's like 10 people in front of you. (I was the only one who placed an order for something from the time I walked into the store and there was noone waiting for anything) I demanded my money back and told him I was going to call the owner. He told me to go right ahead.
Just avoid this store! Trust me it’s a waste of time and money.
They don't put enough coffee and put too much ice. Not a good business person whoever the owner is. The main college area Dunkin is closed so these people should do better job to keep customers
