Papa John's Pizza - Boca Raton

The only reason I give you three stars is because I ordered 3 items that came in 3 separate boxes. The seal on the pizza box was completely broken when we received our order. The seals on both other two articles were intact.

Oct 31. I ordered 6 pies online at 2:30 for 5:30 delivery. I host a pizza dinner for my neighborhood before the treating begins. At 6 o'clock I called on the whereabouts. At first she was confused and then told me they were sitting at the store waiting on delivery. This was after waiting 7 minutes on the phone after being put on hold. I canceled my order. I felt there was a cover up and the pies were not made. My bad though. I've always had perfect service with Pizza Hut on Andrews so i should not have wandered! Next year I'll not make the same mistake. Btw, still waiting on my $70 refund!

How your pizza may come. Customer service won?t replace unless you wait 72 hours. Very odd.
