Peruvian Asian Kousine - Boca Raton

This is my first time writing a review after placing hundreds of orders, and I have to say, this is truly one of the best Peruvian restaurants I've ever tried. The flavors are incredible and really reflect authentic Peruvian culture. The Choritos a la Chalaca are absolutely to die for—amazing!

The ceviche is the standout dish on the menu. However, the shrimp empanada is fried rather than baked, which is quite disappointing if you were hoping for a healthier option. It also has a lot of potatoes in the filling, which I didn't enjoy and ended up not eating. I wouldn't order it again.

The Salmon Salmon Truffle Tostones were fantastic; we will definitely be ordering them again. However, the Chaufa de Pollo and Leche de Tigre Clasica were quite salty, and the chicken in the Chaufa de Pollo was very dry.

The food was excellent and the service was friendly. However, I was disappointed that the cocktails contained very little alcohol.
