Runas Peruvian Cuisine - Boca Raton

Food is good but unfortunately service in this place is horrible, it’s been 2 hours and food still hasn’t arrive to our table. Two tables came and go and got their food before us, waiter’s excuse was that the others did not order appetizers but we order everything when we order our appetizer and that he put our food on hold yet again our main food takes 2-4 hours! Asked for a manager and he couldn’t come out and face us, and even apologize, ended up sending another waitress. If there is an issue let the customers know ahead, 2 parties left because they were never helped!

Food very bland, no taste. Feels like frozen food. Portions extremely small. So not worth the money. Service very slow. We were the only table.

The food was good and very flavorful. The portions were a good size as well. We came for my sons birthday and I ordered him a slice of cheesecake which tasted old. As if it had been in the freezer for a while. Luckily I wasn't charged for it or I probably would have returned it. The outdoor seating was very cute, quiet and comfortable. My only complaint that upon paying there was an automatic gratuity charge for 3 people and also a non-cash fee. Because of those reasons I probably will not return to this establishment.

10/26/23 We came here to celebrate my birthday. I suggested this restaurant because I came here one year ago to celebrate my friend’s birthday and I had a delicious risotto de mare. Tonight at 7:30 pm the restaurant was empty.Unfortunately this time was terrible. Almost all of us had not a good food.The quality was poor, and portions were not good enough.The tasty of all the dishes were bland and even worse, one of my friends got Runas ceviche and the fish had a literally “plastic” taste… HORRIBLE!!The fettuccini as well was not the best one.Additionally the service was HORRIBLE. The waitress had not the best attitude.At the end, with the checks we realized they charged us to pay with the credit card!! Really… Are you serious!! That is crazy and illegal.07/16/22 Fuimos un sábado 16 de julio, a celebrar el cumpleaños de una amiga. Nuestro mesero fue EXCELENTE!! Éramos un grupo grande y él fue muy amable y paciente. Me sugirió el risotto de mar y estuvo delicioso!! Había música en vivo y el cantante estuvo muy bueno. Tuve un tiempo muy divertido!!
