Starbucks - Boca Raton

My experience with this Starbucks has been really great so far. Especially yesterday, I had a lady who had the patience to help us order a peppermint holiday drink even though it?s not December yet. Today I had a gentleman receive our order with a melancholy demeanor. Which didn?t bother me because we all have bad days. What bothered me was receiving a ?hot? drink room temp or barely warm. It felt warm but drinking it was deceiving. Not to mention the cup was dirty all over. I don?t understand why the drink could?ve been poured into another clean cup.

Allyson is the worst server we?ve ever met at a Starbucks in the last 20 years. Bad attitude, rude behavior, no customer focus. We?ve been regulars for 5 years at this Starbucks but will never come here again. Manager said she was being fired and it would be her last day. Completely spoiled our experience with Starbucks.

I absolutely love this place! Not only do they serve coffee, but they also have amazing mini pastries. All the coffees and drinks are fantastic as well. The staff is wonderful too!

Ordering at this drive-thru is such a disaster that I could probably fly to South America, harvest coffee beans, dry and grind them by hand, and make a cup of coffee faster. It's complete chaos. If it weren't for its location, this place would likely be out of business by now. The manager really shouldn't be allowed to own even a simple coffee maker given their incompetence in training staff to prepare a cup of coffee in under 30 minutes.

Allyson is wonderful! This was my first visit to this location, and I experienced the best customer service I’ve had in quite some time. This has become my new favorite Starbucks!
