Tiger Sushi - Bodoe

This place can not be mistaken, cozy atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, childa must go for buffet option as it is a good value for money, all cold selections were very good, hot a little bland, but still beautiful

Honestly, probably the best value for money in bodø, atmosphere was nice and generally not eating. bad, but compared to other sushi I had (both in the deep and in japan) the rice was easy. it was simply sweet, no notiz on salt or vinegar, and it was colder than room temperature. the fish itself was amazing, but the rice made it somewhat disappointing to be honest. I evaluate it 4/5 because of the price-performance ratio, but would give a 3/5 to eat because the rice with sushi is simply too crucial.

I was there on Saturday night and it was pretty busy. the server was nice, but a bit stressed it seemed. the sushi buffet gives a lot of food for 200kr, but it looked like a lot of rice and little filling in the Maki reels. I went for elements from the menu, in the hope, it would be better. not so much rice, small fish even on the nigger. mediocre best, I recommend ohma on the road.

Interior looks nice but lower your expectations on sushi. This is the second sushi bar we tried in Norway and decided to dine here after reading raving reviews. well. We were quite disappointed and didn’t order more to finish our meal. Buffet seem to be the popular choice but we ordered ala carte a sashimi and a sushi platter for a start. The sushi rice was not cooked properly and there was too much vinegar in it. Probably less obvious in the maki rolls but super obvious with nigiri . The maki is also not wrapped well so you can see some of the rice at the bottom barely sticking to the main part. Sushi rice is the main part of the sushi. If that fails, probably bad sushi.
