Kempinski Barbaros Bay Bodrum

I ignore all bad reviews, I have no idea why there are even bad reviews. this can be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. the view from the rooms where we were was incredible, a view of the sea and the largest pool I have ever seen. the rooms themselves are a decent size, and the bathrooms are excellent and clean. the service and the staff are incredible, all restaurants are perfect before location, and getting to the beach is as easy as to ask the recipe for a buggy service. we have paid extra for the massage services that are expensive, but go as the best massages I have experienced. This included a real Turkish massage as well as the Turkish Hamam bathroom that was heavenly. all the facilities of the hotel are amazing, the spa floor contains an indoor pool, hairdresser salon, gym, chill out rooms, saunas, steam rooms and much more. also do not believe the bad reviews if you want a real 5* experience, book this hotel as soon as you can.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been to. the lookout is beautiful from every soot in the hotel. Eating and drinks are delicious and the staff is very courteous. difficult to communicate in English, although many people only speak Turkish. the bartender at the bar blue makes the best cocktails to taste it.

One of the most beautiful resorts in bodrum. over a long weekend they stayed there and felt like a much needed gratitude. wonderful service, the team is so attentive, the rooms are spacious, great eating and the view is inappropriate. we enjoyed eating in barbarossa, ali cem, the restaurant manager made sure we had great service. thanks kempinski barbaros bay team! we will see soon.

We visited a high time. the event (limited to the high time) was super beautiful, outsight were beautiful and picturesque. our waiter efkan was unbelievable at the high-time event! he ensured that we were well looked after, did his best to ask our (we were a table of 13 people) and he really made sure that we enjoyed our night at the high time!.

Wonderful beach, pool and restaurants but that's pretty much where the positives end. We arrived for a two night stay to find the room meant for my mom with twin beds when it should have had a king per our booking. The staff tried to explain their way around it but eventually made it right with a new room for her. The new room did not have functional air conditioning and subsequently, my mom did not sleep. We alerted the front desk and were told it would be resolved it wasn't. At check out we were offered absolutely nothing for our trouble until we pushed for it. Ultimately, we were offered what amounted to ~1.5% off our hotel bill in an effort to make it right. The manager seemed to think this would satisfy us, clearly not understanding that it amounted to effectively a drop in the ocean.
