Subway - Boerne

Although the wait wasn't very long, I felt really sorry for the employee. They were understaffed, but despite that, she did an excellent job taking care of the few of us who were there.

Subway has a menu that I really enjoy, especially their tuna. I usually order the Tuna Deluxe with extra spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, green peppers, and just a sprinkle of black pepper. The 6-inch sandwich is a satisfying meal for me. My kids both opted for turkey sandwiches. The service was quick and friendly, and the tables were all clean. I've eaten at many Subway locations in San Antonio, and this one was spot on. Consistency is a hallmark of franchises, and Subway consistently delivers on that front.

The food is tasty, but be prepared for a long wait at noon. I didn't notice anyone actually dining; it was just a lengthy line for lunch.

I feel like subway raised her game. Fresh, tasty sandwiches, fresh bread, always a more healthy option than a Fast Food Burger

Plenty of people working and moved through line well. Sandwich was good.
